Breakfast Pastries 

• Croissant  Our classic French breakfast pastry. Made with European-style butter.

• Chocolate Croissant  "Pain au chocolat". Rich buttery croissant dough wrapped around dark Belgian chocolate

• Almond Croissant  Just like our chocolate croissant, but filled with a rich, delicious almond cream.

• Ham & Cheese Croissant  Our same croissant dough filled with ham and a changing selection of cheeses from local cheese monger Curds and Whey.

• Honey Pecan Roll   A rich dough rolled around a delicious filling of sweet roasted pecans and real honey.

• Apple Cinnamon Muffin   Chock full of chunks of cinnamon-butter sautéed apple

• Banana Chocolate Muffin    A great combination - fresh banana and dark chocolate

• Honey Bran Muffin   A lighter yet delicious muffin. Dark and rich with honey and molasses.

POUNDCAKE

• Lemon Poundcake  Fresh lemon zest gives this dense, moist poundcake its addictive kick.
• Blueberry Poundcake      Made with seasonal fresh blueberries. Everybody's favorite.
• Spice Cake     A traditional French poundcake of the colder months. No butter, but rich and moist with honey and spicy with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and anise.
• Banana Pecan Poundcake    Another delicious, natural combination. Made with fresh bananas and toasted pecans.

Kugelhopf   

A classic sweet bread of Alsace and Germany. We add rum-soaked raisins, chopped almonds, and fresh orange zest, then soak it in rum syrup. Delicious with butter or jam and coffee or tea, either to start the day or at its end.

Tarts & quiche

• Cherry Chocolate Tart   A natural combination. Farm-fresh sour cherries topped with a rich, decadent dark chocolate ganache.
• Strawberry Rhubarb Tart   Nothing says "Summer's here" better than this classic combination.
• Peach Almond Tart   A sophisticated take on a summer classic. These roasted summer fruits marry so well with the rich almond paste below.
• Lemon Curd Tart   Another classic. Rich, tart lemon curd topped with sweet Italian meringue.

• Quiche   We make an ever-changing selection of rich quiche. With cheeses from Curds and Whey. Our selection includes:
• Spinach & 3 Mushroom Quiche  Made with cremini, button, and dried shitake mushrooms and fresh spinach
• Roasted Pepper & Caramelized Onion Quiche  A delicious combination of naturally sweet caremelized onion and roasted pepper and two cheeses, Sant Simon smoked cheese from Spain and Wisconsin baby swiss.
• Tart Flambee   A country-style flatbread  from the Alsace region of France. Traditionally topped with crème fraiche, bacon, and caramelized onion and seasoned with nutmeg.

Petit four

• Madeleine   Another well-loved classic. The elegant shell shaped light sponge is intense with the flavor of fresh lemon zest
• Orange Madeleine   Just like our lemon madeleine but with fresh orange zest.
• Financier   This traditional small cake is rich with ground almonds and browned butter
• Chocolate Financier   For chocolate lovers, this financier adds intense dark Belgian cocoa powder.
• Coconut Rocher     For coconut lovers. Rich, creamy, and chewy, made only with coconut, egg white and sugar.
• Caramel  Our caramels are very rich, made with heavy cream and butter. We then add a variety of toasted nuts to make a delicious, memorable treat.

BREADS

• French Baguette   At last, a crusty, real bread that will hold up to whatever you choose to pair it with. The perfect complement to fine cheeses.
• Pugliese  A rustic Italian loaf, made with durum flour. Great with a plate of pasta and sauce.
• Cheese Bread  Our baguette dough rolled around select cheeses from Curds & Whey. A delicious treat all by itself.
