  All our breads, sweets, and breakfast pastries are baked very early in the morning on the day of the market, all from scratch, with all natural ingredients and no preservatives. If you cannot eat on the day of your purchase, wrap well then freeze. Put into low tempreture oven before serving, then it will be good for 1-2 weeks.
